If you are applying to the Master's programmes given at the School of Business, Economics and Law you can apply to the The Richard C. Malmsten Memorial Foundation Scholarship.
Richard C. Malmsten Memorial Foundation Scholarship is available for applicants to nine master's degree programmes. The scholarship covers part of the tuition fee.
For more than 30 years now, the Richard C. Malmsten Memorial Foundation has provided substantial funding for the School’s research and education operations, including the new building at Vasagatan 1 which was completed in 1995.
Several hundred projects have received grants in line with the Foundation’s aim: “to promote scientific, economic research and education at the University of Gothenburg”. Often, the focus has been on activities that could not be funded by government grants
The Foundation’s ambition has been to support the development of new initiatives that are of strategic importance for the quality and international competitiveness of the School.
If students have been offered any of the scholarships from the Swedish Institute or the study scholarships offered by the University of Gothenburg, they will not qualify for the Richard C Malmsten Memorial Foundation Scholarship. The selection of students for the scholarship is made by the School of Business, Economics and Law’s selection committee and is not applicable for appeal.
